• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or exploits to gain unfair gameplay advantage.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or use hate speech toward other players, community members, or staff.
• Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or reverse engineer our game servers, network infrastructure, or databases.
• Impersonate any SpineOWL studio developer, moderator, or employee.
• Transmit malicious files, viruses, or unauthorized promotional spam.

🛍️ 5. Merchandise Store & Orders

When purchasing physical merchandise (apparel, toys, accessories, art books) through the SpineOWL Store:

• Pricing & Taxes: All listed prices are shown in the indicated currency and may include or exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees as shown at checkout.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.
• Shipping: We deliver to confirmed shipping addresses provided during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are approximations and may vary based on carrier timelines and destination customs.

• Physical Merchandise: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue for a free replacement or full refund.
• Digital Items & Games: Digital goods, game downloads, or in-app unlockables purchased via third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam) are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.
